For main and core parts, shenzhen Easythreed offers 1 year warranty. we offer free replacement for these main parts.
For unmained parts, Returns are only on unused items within 7 days of receipt. We will provide parts or service on items that prove to be defective from the time of manufacture, and we'll work with you to get your printer running again.
After-sales Support:
1. If the printers have problems, pls do not hesistate to contact us by email or by phone, our after-sales service team will move fast to answer your questions friendly and patiently within 24 hours.
2. Our service team works from Monday to Saturday our time, so pls kindly contact us at that time.
3. Our after-sales team has a track system, so once your questions is recorded and solved, we will track until everything finished.
4. We also offer on site installation and training if you need. but the cost would be beared by you.
Package:

2.then use corrugated board to pack the 3d metal printer, which was packed by honeycomb carton to protect.
